Flexibility exercises make our muscles longer and our bodies able to stretch easily. One way to practice flexibility is by using circuit cones.
What You Need
How to Set Up the Circuit

- Place the cones in a circle in an open space
- Leave 3 to 5 steps between each cone
- Work in pairs or groups
Exercises to Do at Each Cone

Back Stretch: Stand beside a cone, bend down, and touch your toes. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds.
Thigh Stretch (Front): Stand on one leg. Lift the other leg behind you, hold your ankle, and pull gently. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch legs.
Hamstring Stretch: Sit with one leg straight and the other bent. Lean toward the straight leg. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch legs.
Calf Stretch: Stand with legs crossed. Push your back heel into the ground while bending forward. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch legs.
Waist Rotation: Put your hands on your waist. Slowly rotate your waist from right to left and back. Continue for 10 to 15 seconds.
Shoulder Stretch: Extend one arm forward. Use your other hand to pull it gently toward your chest. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch arms.
